"Exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was undoubtedly much better than all our previous experiences in similar properties throughout West Malaysia. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Service levels were excellent - people were friendly, helpful, and prompt. The breakfast provided, while basic, was however enjoyable and adequate. The only gripes we had: 1. This place was at a relatively lower altitude, and therefore temperatures were not as cool as we were originally hoping for in the mountains. 2. No curtains in the bedrooms - we were forced to awake with the sunrise. Overall an enjoyable experience for the entire family, and all of us liked it."

"Staff were lovely and helpful, setting was beautiful, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable! Location is slightly out of the way if you haven’t got a car, as walking on the side of the road is sketchy. But fantastic value for money - would recommend it to everyone on a budget :)"

"Limited accommodation options meant we picked this. We have been staying in budget accommodation so hoped that because this was more expensive we would be looked after. The staff didn't seem particularly attentive with us, and the hot water for the showers didn't work meaning that after a day of hiking we had ice cold showers. We ate in the restuarant and were ignored on multiple occasions. "
