"Nice and clean room area nice the only issue will be the parking if you’re paying you should have a spot available for you if you’re paying parking, but there was one night where we couldn’t find parking although we were paying for the parking so that’s the only thing I will change"

"Leroy is an awesome host he responds quickly when you reach out to him. I needed to extend my stay and he did not hesitate to allow me. The property is as described on the listing, great parking if you know Long Beach parking can be difficult! The kitchen has every pot and pan you could need to cook up a delicious meal. Large tvs and comfortable beds. This property most definitely makes you feel right at home. I would most definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone.Thanks Leroy !"
