Wonderful location

Older unit but Sunrise is a fabulous location. The golf course is fun and everyone there is friendly . The restaurant is OK but with so many great restaurants we only used it a couple of times. The unit is comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but the kitchen is awkward for serious cooking. Perfectly fine for breakfast or lunch.

Condo was hard to leave, very comfortable, supplied very well, owners very accommodating and most helpful. Very private, both from courtyard and patio. Patio and bedroom views spectacular. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful condo and location!! The condo is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We loved the outdoor space, the view of the golf course and mountains is beautiful! Carmen and Leon are very gracious hosts. They were there to greet us and show us around the property, and they responded immediately to any issue we had. We could tell they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. We are already booked for next year. Would definitely recommend this property!

Leon & Carmen were the best. There was everything and anything we might want there. The groundskeepers started at 5:30 am which was kind of early. They mowed every day.

Sunrise Condo

Property is ideal for two people, has all amenities required for meal preparation, short distance from pool, yet distance enough not to cause any disturbance. Front courtyard and back patio provide enjoyable space depending on time of day. Sunshine all day on back patio views extraordinary! Communication with owners excellent. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Very nice to see the sunrise from the patio and get the morning sun.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. large TV and has the golf channel. Large patio with retractable awning to shade you. Sunny up to late afternoon.

Stunning views!

Having never been to this CA valley, we searched VRBO vigorously, and was fortunate enough to have secured a month in this unit. We interestingly find (our opinion) that new VRBO owners seem to underprice their listing for fear of not renting at first, and for this reason, we landed an excellent deal in such an upgraded unit, and location. We search listings that have 3-5 reviews and newer owners... Albeit there are always incidentals in life, weather, etc.. however, though we had 35 days in this unit, we concur with the previous reviews and would not hinder us from giving a solid 5 star rating! The unit too has a brand new Home security system which would give most a comfort in getting their own personal keypad entry code. Bonus! As you walk about, there is so much beauty in the gated complex! We don't think we will be able to return, as we don't think this unit will be affordable for our budget in the future!!! Book early and book many months if Leon and Carmen are willing to give you a deal! They are always readily available!

Absolutely wonderful

After deciding with my husband that we wanted to stay in the desert for an extra month we somehow lucked upon this wonderful condominium in Sunrise CC. ( I think they just started renting it ) The setting is divine, truly one of the prettiest mountain views I have seen in 20 years of coming to the desert. Leon and Carmen were more welcoming and gracious than we could have hoped for. Snacks and champagne upon our arrival. If we had any questions they were only a phone call away and more than happy to help us. Everything in absolutely tip top shape ( really brand new ). The furnishings are comfortable and upscale, the bed was divine with wonderful linens, the kitchen well equipped and efficient ( all new appliances and remodel...in fact the entire condo has been remodeled). The patio , with that gorgeous view, has a set of very comfortable love seat and chairs. To add to this you are on a pond on the 7th hole of the golf course with a lovely fountain. One of the highlights was watching the ducks and their ducklings come down to the pond multiple times a day to take a swim. Also watching the light change on the mountains morning and evening. And the golfers putting on the 7th green. There is also a front courtyard, gated and private, with table and chairs should you want a change of scene ...a great place for breakfast. The pool and hot tub are steps away. Convenient to so many things...shopping, hiking , movies,restaurants all just minutes away. Neighbors are very friendly...I could go on and on. We truly enjoyed our stay here... couldn't ask for more. We would stay here again in a heartbeat had we not just purchased our own condo. I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.
