“Sobre todo muy limpio y agradable estancia en Mallorca. Nos apoyaron para conseguir taxi y fueron muy amables pues yo viajo con mi mamá de 85 años con movilidad restringida .”

“Nous avons passé un super séjour de 10 jours en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 9 et 2 ans) chez Gracia et sa famille, supers hôtes très réactifs, accueillants et gentils. Nous avons pu arriver tard de façon autonome et repartir sans stress un peu plus tard que l’heure prévue. Maison très propre, agréable et fonctionnelle, nous n’avons manqué de rien. 3 chambres disponibles et des pièces spacieuses, on se sent comme à la maison. Gracia nous a fourni un lit de bébé et une chaise de bébé……

“The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room itself is pretty basic. The cleaning wasn’t really on point but for short stays, we didn’t feel like complaining too much. There are some pastries in the morning in the lobby which were nice. The location is very practical and well connected. As for the pool, one thing to be known is that while it’s open 24/7, it’s not heated so it can be quite cold in the evening. Overall, a fair place for short stays in Mallorca!”

“Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. “Attentive reception staff both on arrival and departure and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception……

“I loved this hotel. Room is spacious, comfortable . Had everything one would need . Located 2 min walk from beach . Host was amazing. Gave many good suggestions where to eat, what beach to go. So grateful to have him taking time to explain everything. Loved my stay in this hotel.”

“pasamos una semana muy buena de vacaciones en familia con nuestros dos hijos. las fotos son consistentes con el alojamiento y aunque algunas comodidades son un poco anticuadas, el conjunto era funcional. la piscina y el aire acondicionado fueron un verdadero plus teniendo en cuenta las temperaturas exteriores entre 34 y 37 grados. el hotel es muy receptivo y pasamos una estancia muy buena.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen – vor allem die Gartenanlage ist wirklich wunderschön und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool liegt traumhaft eingebettet in das Grün, und man merkt sofort, dass hier täglich gearbeitet wird. Ein großes Lob an den Gärtner, dessen Einsatz wirklich sichtbar ist!Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber sauber und funktional. Ein paar Ameisen hatten wir in der Wohnung, was im Süden allerdings keine Seltenheit ist und uns nicht……

“Really great location and very spacious. Perfect for small group of travelers. Only negative is the walk up to top floor was 9 flights of stairs. Ok if you don’t have heavy luggage and don’t mind the many steps! ”
