「David's place exceeded my expectations! Very smart design and layout. Quality craftmanship and attention to detail. Super clean. I wish my daughter and i could have stayed longer! Close enough to Middlebury College for this to be a great option for 2 people. David was very nice to stop by to introduce himself and see if we needed anything. We didn't see him again, but knew he was only a phone call away. Perfect.」

The location was perfect within easy reach of Woodstock and the house was beautifully decorated, warm comfortable and spacious. Location = private and remote on a steep dirt road, yet 20 min to Sugarbush, 30 min to Bolton, and <15 min to both Waterbury and Waitsfield centers. 「This is probably one of the best views and experiences I’ve had in a short-term rental. The scenery was superb and so relaxing. I was here at the end of February, with snow on the ground, and it was a winter wonderland. The cabin itself is well-appointed and very comfortable, even for such a small space. I had all the pots and pans I needed to cook for one every day. (I stayed here for 2 weeks, which is probably longer than most people.) Remember the fridge size and don’t over shop! Tankless...

「A few days before arrival, we were sent an email containing instructions for the property. These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention.
