Snowmobile Access: NO lake access. Access the Rangeley trail system by utilizing Summit Road to the power lines heading south.

Shared Access: Shared waterfront access on Rangeley Lake a short drive away, including swim platform, dock (no boats!), picnic tables, bathroom facilities, BBQ pit, beach area.​​​​​​​

FAQs: Gas grill available mid-May through mid-October. Indoor propane fireplace available for guest use. No pets allowed. No smoking.
