We had 8 adults, a 6 year old and four kids 2 and under and we had SO much space for all of us!!
There was a back patio that was just poured and was a great space for kids to ride bikes and to keep less dirt going through the house. We also loved the private road it was on- sipping coffee while going for a morning walk was so peaceful!
There are 3 floors (and the basement too!) with many bedrooms to choose from. If you go in the summer, I highly recommend bringing a fan or two from home to remain comfortable when it's hot out as there wasn't any AC. All adults enjoyed the hot tub on the front porch! What a wonderful way to start and end the days! The kitchen had all we needed for food prep and cooking our meals while we were there. I did wish I would've brought our cast iron pans as many of the pans are highly worn but we made due with what we had.
I was surprised and glad they had outdoor chairs and the patio set for backyard and front porch sitting. We enjoyed spending time around the fire and the privacy of the property! There's also a grill we used for almost all of our cooking, with no problems at all!
We spent some of the days going to Quill Hill with a gorgeous 360 degree view, Height of the Land with more amazing views, and the Rangeley State Park. We loved the local ice cream shop and stopped into Classic Provisions for breakfast on our way home the next morning. Great food and small town atmosphere!
Our next family trip will definitely be on the water, but I can see us coming back in the years to come!
Shoutout to working with Jeff!! He was very personable, very understanding, and immediately called when I had a question regarding check-in.
Highly recommend!
