All the bellmen and front desk staff were very attentive, making our arrival and departure smooth. One of the front desk staff truly stood out. While we were waiting for our taxi to the airport, she thoughtfully brought us bottled water — a small gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for. She also recommended a nearby drone light show at the hotel’s scenic viewing spot, giving us a beautiful and memorable way to end our trip."

"The hotel is clean. Location is very convenient. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Toilet is clean and with good supply of hot water. The staff are very good and super helpful. I was able to use the washing machine during my stay. Appreciate the free laundry liquid soap. The lobby is amazing! There are some treadmill and bike for exercising, but didn't use them because I was walking and climbing stairs a lot already during my stay. "
