My home at the beach, a unique coastal retreat since 2018, offers an open-plan living space with no secrets between guests. With its studio design and two layers of sleeping and office areas upstairs and living spaces downstairs, it's perfect for those who appreciate simplicity. Surrounded by diverse landscapes including pine forests, meadows, temperate deciduous forests with semi-natural biotopes that provide a habitat for numerous bird species as well as mammals.

A place of hospitality, tranquillity and relaxation
Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Urlaub bei Epp. Unkomplizierter und herzlicher Kontakt vorab und vor Ort. Als wäre man zu Gast bei Freunden. Haus und Umgebung bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht, Gartennutzung inklusive. W-Lan ist wie überall im Land stabil verfügbar. Das offene Raumkonzept im Haus ist vielleicht nicht Jedermanns Sache. Für uns als Familie hat es super gepasst. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet, sofern man keine 3-Gänge-Menüs vorhat. Bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten ist die Gastgeberin jederzeit ansprechbar und findet eine Lösung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sommerurlaub an der Ostsee
Das Ferienhaus ist in moderner offener Bauweise errichtet. Es gibt im Inneren des Hauses nur eine Tür zum Badezimmer. Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich sind ein großer über 2 Etagen verteilter Raum. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und eher abgelegen, dafür sind es nicht einmal 100 Meter bis zur Ostsee, also perfekt für alle Wassersportler. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten bei unserer Abreise eine Box vergessen und die Vermieterin hat uns diese liebenswerterweise per Post nachgeschickt.
