Good location in a great town

The whole building & our unit were clean and quiet with typical Italian road noise. Our unit was furnished quite cute in a beachy theme… the fishnet on the curtains was a special touch. We “lived” on the deck enjoying the wonderful view. Only drawback was the floor is squeaky.

Das Objekt ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und rund um die Uhr gibt es einen Ansprechpartner.Das Objekt liegt an einem Hang mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer und Rapallo.Unterhalb des Objekts führt die Straße von Rapallo nach St. Margherita und die ist sehr stark befahren und sehr laut. Die Autos fahren so schnell, dass man kaum die Straße ohne Angst überqueren kann. Das ist ein großes Manko und deshalb würden wir da keinen Urlaub mehr verbringen.Der Strand von Rapallo ist bis auf 2 kleine Stellen sozusagen eingezäunt und man kann nur ans Meer, wenn man täglich 35,00 Euro für eine Liege bezahlt.Das Meer kann man bis auf 2 Stellen eigentlich nur durch die aufgestellten Zäune sehen.

Le logement est idéalement placé à proximité du centre ville où l on peut aller à pieds et des lieux touristiques de la région. L appartement est très lumineux et bénéficie d une magnifique vue sur la baie et ville. La terrasse, la piscine, le jardin et la place de parking sont très appréciables. Merci à Chiara qui nous a très bien accueillis, en français.

Ravis de notre séjour et hébergement

Appartement lumineux, propre, très fonctionnel et confortable, parfaitement adapté pour 2 ( à noter tt de même une cabine de douche étroite si personne corpulente ). Excellent couchage avec lit xxl escamotable qui donne de l'espace à la pièce de vie. (Les oreillers pourraient être remplacés par de moins épais et anti-allergiques). Balcon, équipé d'une toile occultante contre soleil, bien utile, avec vue splendide sur la baie de Rapallo ! Coin repas intérieur donnant aussi sur fenêtre sur mer. Module d'air conditionné ( indispensable ) récent, en parfait état de marche. Beaucoup de placards/ rangements. (Nous ont manqué : un grille - pain et un plateau.) Appartement excellemment bien situé, entre Gênes et 5Terre. Merci Chiara !!! Très belle piscine commune dans le jardin ( chaises longues...). Verdure et arbustes. Ceci à qqs encablures du centre ville de Rapallo en contrebas (attention ça grimpe un peu qd même pour remonter !). Supermarché ( BASCO ) avec tout ce qu' il faut, en bas de la rue, juste avant le centre ville, bien pratique. Ville vivante, agréable et bien dotée en restos et boutiques. En revanche, plage publique du centre, peu attrayante ( voire sale ). A voir : la riviera italienne et les 5 Terre ...superbes ! Vraiment pas besoin de voiture ( compliqué et cher à garer dans la région ) : toutes les villes / villages accessibles en train et bateau ( excellent réseau qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture sur la place de parking face résidence pdt 15j ! ).
