“The house was awesome and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to stores/ restaurants. Loved the back yard as well. We did a big group dinner outside. ”

“Really nice two bedroom cottage just a few steps from the Boardman River. Comfortable sitting areas, both inside and out. Kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Main bedroom was nice sized and comfortable. We had a delightful time. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Michele’s cottage! The location was perfect for what we went up north for. The property was well taken care of and had everything you could possibly need. There weee even games and fun activities for the whole family! Plenty of space with comfortable king size beds in 3 separate rooms. The linens were cozy and pillows weee great! Michele genuinely cared about us, our stay and her property. I am looking forward to staying there again, I really can’t say it enough……

“Perfect size for us. 2 kids (4&6) and 2 adults. Picked this house for it being lake front with a boat dock. Great area for kids, not deep at all, we felt safe at all times. Lots of ducks. Super close to a market and gas station, and super close to Shorts Brewery, our favorite place. Clean house and had everything we needed.”

“Updated cottage with all the essentials! I appreciated having a small front and backyard with grass for the dog. Unfortunately the lake access nearby doesn’t allow dogs, so we had to go elsewhere. No AC was a bit difficult as we were there in hot weather. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. ”

“Perfect place to stay. Location, accommodations, a great cottage with a peaceful back yard . Walked to town daily, 1/2 mile, beach down the road, bike riding right out your door. Second year here and coming back next year. Highly recommended ”

“A perfect spot for a getaway! Property is exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and centrally located if you want to venture out to Traverse City, Bellaire or Charlevoix. Or just relax by the water and enjoy the birds and the hum of an occasional pontoon tooling by. We loved our week there and would highly recommend and will look to make a return visit! ”

“The property was great. The hosts were extremely hospitable and friendly. The location was fine. The only complaint I would have is the speed and limited visibility of the traffic on the road between the property and the public access beach. It seems that the local authorities need to find a way to control it a bit better. ”
