We have traditionally stayed at the Hilton. Very nice facility, however house cleaning has missed cleaning the shower door track. It had green mold like yuk on/outside the track. We will most likely stay there again when not engaged in activities in the Hills.

the room was not properly cleaned the hotel had very limited staff that seemed unable to help with problems or just poorly trained on customer service. At check out we were presented a bill and paid in full only to find out that the hotel billed or credit card almost double with out notifing us of the error in the bill. During Check out we even commented on the price difference and was told what we paid was correct. When called the person we spoke to blammed it on poorly trained staff

Top Hotel
Very nice hotel to stay at. Restaurant and bar were nice and staff was pleasant. The only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were old.

Did not get the complimentary upgrade for being a gold card member. They did not live upto the Hilton promise.

Hello Peter,Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. On your reservation you had booked and paid through expedia with a double queen bed. The payment was already settled with expedia. Even if we did upgrade you the system will automatically require a nightly upsell of 20. Different Hiltons are owned by different companies and some are franchises. Also different brands do run things differently than Hilton Garden Inn.Thank you again

Jacuzzi tub wasn't working. I told the front desk. They said it couldn't be fixed. They didn't offer me another room. They just kept telling me I got a really good deal from hotels.com and I should be happy with that.

I booked a single king bed room well in advance of the arrival date but was given a room with 2 Queen beds when I arrived. This has happened a number of times when I book a room at a Hilton through Hotels.com. The desk clerk confirmed that there were 25 available rooms, but all of them were double queen rooms. The clerk said it was Hotels.com’s fault for telling me there was a single king room available when there wasn’t. She the. Conceded that there were single king rooms available on the day I booked, but Hotels.com booked it as any available room, which is why I got the room with two queens. I don’t know who is worse here, Hilton for giving my room to someone else, or Hotels for tolerating this activity with no recourse for me.

This was a fabulous property. We would definitely stay here again there’s a shuttle you could take into Sturgis for $40 per person round-trip. There is coffee in the lobby every morning the beds are comfortable and staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s a restaurant for breakfast and dinner if you don’t want to leave. And 2 miles from lots of shopping and restaurants.

Would not stay here again
We asked for a room with two Queens because I’m traveling with my 60 year old mother. We were given a room with a King bed and told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was full. I don’t understand how this happens unless they gave our room away. They offered nothing for our trouble, no discount, no cot, no free meal or anything. The TV didn’t work and the ice machine didn’t work and they acted like that was our problem for wanting those things. We had to laugh at the Hilton sign at check in that they would do whatever possible to make us have a great stay because they absolutely did not care at all.

We were on a Gate 1 tour. The breakfast buffet was not good. Same food 3 days in a row. 2 days they ran out of most items before everyone got to eat. Did eat in the restaurant the night before the tour began and it took almost 2 hours after we ordered to get our food. Problem was 1 person was bar tending and waiting tables for 40-50 people. This is not what we expect from Hilton.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Very up to date, beds were great, shower pressure was great. Only complaint would be the $14 breakfast buffet...it was about the same as a continental breakfast at most hotels.
