My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again when in the area. We saw a few post about noise levels of passing vehicles due to location but we did not have any issues with that.

Great location to stay to visit both Mt Rushmore and Deadwood/Sturgis areas. Description indicates “close to highway”. That is correct close to I90 and also sits on corner of very busy streets. Traffic can be heard clearly in the top floor of unit where we stayed House was very well equipped with paper products and everything needed in the kitchen. Comfortable living area. Unfortunately tv in lower unit could be heard in bedroom areas along with traffic. Would definitely recommend sound machines for more comfortable sleeping Overall was an ok place for our short time in the area just be aware it is definitely “close to the highway”.

Check-in and-out went smoothly. Modern kitchen; well stocked. Open concept with ample and comfortable furniture. We’d prefer a more secluded/remote location with less road noise/busy street; however, it provides a central location to surrounding attractions from Devils Tower to the Badlands.

Easy and nice place to stay

It was a great place to stay, with easy access to everything we needed. Could easily walk to several places. Kids enjoyed it, plenty of space and nice amenities. Would stay again if we are back there.

Spacious Floor Plan

The house was perfect for our family vacation to Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills. It was spotless, well-maintained, and well-stocked with all the necessities. We love the house's open floor plan, with the kitchen, dining room, and living room open to each other and plenty of seating. The house is centrally located for all the attractions we wanted to see. We will book this house for future vacations.

Fun little place close to all in Rapid City, SD.

My wife and I and our assistant coach (we are USA swim coaches) loved our stay here during our 3 day meet. The house is awesome (we were on the second floor) and has a great outdoor patio, nice mountain views and open kitchen/great room concept and even a fireplace. All the conveniences and close to anywhere you need to go in Rapid City. Beds were comfortable and had everything else we needed. Will stay here again if we swim here next year! Chic and immaculate

Great place. Cool modern design. Extremely clean. Easy in and out. Well equipped. Others mention road noise but we didn’t think it was a big deal. It’s on a road but it’s not an interstate or anything like that. Just normal city stuff. We will stay here again.

This property is a great choice for a stay in the Black Hills with its central location—easy interstate access and close to grocery stores if you plan on cooking and or many restaurants nearby if you choose not to cook.

Ice place!

The house was awesome! It was clean and well maintained. I even thought the bed was comfortable and that’s saying a lot coming from me! Super easy check in process. If there’s one negative, it would have to be the traffic noise since it’s so close to a busy street. I would just plan for that next time, but it wouldn’t keep me from staying there again if the opportunity comes up.

Beautiful Unit

The unit is beautiful - true to the photographs. The neighborhood is sketchy, but if you're careful, you're ok. The biggest problem is the noise; it is located next to a major artery in and out of Rapid City and the traffic is constant and loud. The big trucks causes the entire unit to shake as if an earthquake is happening. It's a shame it isn't located somewhere else, because it really is a nice place. We loved it - except for the noise.

Very nice home!

The home is very nice and extremely clean! The living area is large and very nicely decorated. The home is off a busy street and a bit noisy. I would recommend bringing a fan or white noise machine. The upper unit does have a lot of steps to climb if that’s a concern. Overall a great place to stay!

Had a great time

Was in Rapid to see family. Long days with grandkids. Location was handy. near highway and shopping. is on a busy street but was so tired that we just crashed; traffic noise didn't bother me.

Great Location for All the Tourist Attractions!

Our group of friends enjoyed this home so much. We stayed in both the upstairs and downstairs units and had plenty of space throughout with each bedroom having their own private bathroom (which is a requirement for our vacations together). From the central location, paved roads and garage space (another must for us), to being able to check in early upon request, I cannot say enough good things about our experience! We cannot wait until our next vacation in South Dakota and Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you again Robert & Jennifer for the great accommodations and We will be back in touch!

A great central location

We truly enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the very, very loud traffic noise at night and early morning. I actually sent an email to the Rapid City Police Dpt. suggesting they patrol Haines Street for speeders and noise pollution from extremely loud mufflers. It seems half or more of the traffic had extremely loud vehicles. This property is well maintained and modern. If noise doesn’t bother you, I suggest this is your perfect rental. Very close to restaurants and entertainment.
