不滿:整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
So I've stayed at about 4 of your locations. This was the only one I am very upset and disappointed with. I've stayed here a week and not once was my room touched. I mentioned it to the manager and her only response was, "I'm short-handed.* No apology, no nothing. Funny thing is I talked to them practically everyday because I was expecting mail and not once was I asked if I needed anything i.e. towels, paper, vacuum or anything. No explanation as to why my room wasn't touched(cleaned). Not until I brought it up. The manager still had the audacity to ask if I would be back Monday of the following week. Not only no but hell no!!! I don't mind paying for a service but I do expect to receive the service I payed for. Very upset and disappointed!
