The listing on Expedia was not accurate. The motel staff was not friendly. There was no breakfast, no coffee cups in the room and only 1 coffee filter. No smoke detector in the room The ice machine was broken and they has one counter top maker which made about 2 cups for the entire motel. The furniture was falling apart, the shower curtain moldy and mold in the bathroom. The carpet old and worn. The only good aspect of the room was the sheets were clean and very soft.

The poor manager had staff not show up, so was overloaded. But she was still kind and helpful to us. The hotel is very basic. Nothing fancy and a bit old. But seemed clean and mostly in good repair.

The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was very good. The guy working the front desk spent most of his time sleeping in his car right at the front entrance. Awkward!! There was no drinking water of coffee available at the front desk. The hallways and stairs were dirty. Outside Garbage right beside the entrance where the front dest guy was sleeping was overflowing. Room had huge wads of hair on the floor. The toilet paper was so cheap I didn’t even know it gave such. No hair dryer, no shampoo. Zero house keeping. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. If Expedia says they offer free breakfast that is false advertising because there is no breakfast.

We got there and after checking in, immediately checked out. The smell of cigarette smoke within the entire hotel was strong. Our room was not clean; holes in the bedding, floors not vacuumed, hair in the bathroom. The light in the bathroom didn’t work, crack in the tub, dust in the tub, white liquid spots in the carpet, shampoo not filled. When I complained, I was promised that my charge would be reversed. I just got a notification that the hotel transaction went through and charged my account. These are under new management and have the cheapest rooms but you know it’s because this location is not good. Would never recommend. Just pulling up, you can tell it’s not good. The front desk has a paper for guests to read about bringing additional guests and not taking too much coffee and enforcing quiet time. The literally had to spell out proper behavior for hotels… But they didn’t even verify I was who I said I was. No ID required to check in. Just took my credit card. We’ve got 4 kids by the way. Not a safe or respectable place for families.

The people working there were terrific! We were in the pool at night so they turned up the heat for us. It appears they are repairing the walls, and updating items. Our room looked really nice. We did see a mouse, though, which is the reason for the 4 stars. If you stay here do not leave food out.
