This hotel was booked by myself in May. We arrived at the hotel after we were charged and received numerous emails confirming the itinerary from Expedia and the hotel has been shut down since December. No one is in the building, all the doors are locked. The number has been disconnected, the hotel across the street was the one to inform us that the hotel has been shut down. How is it that we were able to book a hotel in May that has been closed months before. I will never use Expedia again to book any type of travel experience. The customer service was slow and not understanding of the situation.
