We stayed for a week at the Lagoon Breeze Villas, it was very comfortable and the staff were lovely. It’s not on the beach but it’s only across the road. It has a lovely pool. It’s a great place to stay for families.

Lovely, quiet place to stay. Bus stop right outside, and location is not too far from the airport. Breakfast options included local fruit and the variety of foods was good. The breakfast ladies were a delight, and Vikki and Naomi at the front desk were efficient, friendly and helpful. Our airport transfers went very smoothly.

Very relaxing place to stay. Nicely appointed villas that were well situated for privacy and space in very nice grounds. Rooms were soundproof from neighbouring unit. But was busy and quite noisy outside at times with lots of kids and family groups. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great snorkelling from the beach across the road, although there is a strong current there - wear flippers! Easy to get around the corner to snorkel outside the Rarotongan. Breakfast was lovely and there were cocktails available late afternoon most days, so that was an unexpected bonus. You’ll need a car or scooter as there are no places for meals within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay here again, as great value for money compared to the bigger resorts.

Great stay

Great family style resort perfect if you have small children with a playground, trampoline and small kids pool. The one bedroom villa was great with its own kitchen and outdoor area.

Our stay at Lagoon Breeze Villas was perfect! The garden view villa was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower head strong! Beach towels were supplied and we had free use of the kayaks and snorkelling equipment. The resort provided insect repellant, and we also had screens on the windows and air conditioning which was super important. The hosts were lovely and the included breakfast menu had everything we desired, from toast to cereal, yogurt, fruits and fresh juice. The resort had a pool, but we never used it as across the road is the perfect swimming/snorkelling beach. We did have a hire car but there is a bus stop directly across from the resort. This place is very affordable and in a fantastic spot. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Love this place

All of the stuff are lovely, the grounds are well maintained, and all you need is provide it including free to use snorkeling gear and kayaks. It was also one of the most family friendly places we have stayed.
