We stayed in a lovely garden unit. We had direct access to the beach and it was next door to where the lagoon cruises departed. We were in walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants. The property had bikes and snorkelling gear available to use.

We had an amazing stay at Muri Beachcomber. Although the accommodation is looking a little tired, it was so comfortable and absolutely perfect for our stay. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of Muri and close to everything we needed. From start to finish, the communication and dealings with the were fantastic. The recommendations and information they sent through before our arrival were also incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Rarotonga, I would highly recommend Muri Beachcomber. We loved our stay and would happily return!

Nice and affordable, located at the nice Muri beach with crystal blue water. We liked Bechcomber because of the nice deck overlooking the lagoon. The staff was very nice and helped with every question we had.

We enjoyed our stay at Muri Beachcomber and can reco.mend it for its closeness to the ocean, great walks along the beach, close to restaurants and night market next door. Sadly for myself and my husband we were unable to manage the steps down to the beach so would choose a close walk next time but we wish the access was closer so we could come again as Muri Beach is really excellent.

The Muri Beachcomber is located on the shore of a lagoon and close to a few restaurants and a small supermarket. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The unit is large with air con in the bedroom and a fan in the main room. The kitchen is well equipped. The TV does not get much reception (1 channel) so you'll need to use your YouTube or Netflix account. We had a small problem with ants but bug spray is provided.

Can’t beat the location! Staying right at the waters edge with boards and kayaks ready to use. Good cafes a short walk. Snorkelling with turtles in the lagoon. We’ll be back.

I had a really enjoyable stay at the Muri Beachcomber. I was met at the airport on arrival, which made everything easy from the start. The few interactions I had with the staff were excellent — everyone was warm, helpful, and welcoming. My room was in a great spot, with the beach and amenities just steps away. It made it really convenient to relax or head out for a walk. I also loved the restaurant across the road; the food there was consistently good and added to the overall experience. A very comfortable and hassle‑free stay.

The 5 person unit was a bit cramped, however we had mostly phenomenal weather which meant we weren't cooped inside for much at all. This was also good as the TV internet speed was a bit iffy, meaning we couldn't really watch anything. The resort is well placed, the airport transport is great, and we were well looked after on the kast day, with a flight that left in the late evening we were able to utilize the guest lounge for a final shower and for bag storage, so we could still make the most of our last day there, as well as the airport drop off service. If I'm back in raro, this will be one of the first places I'd try to book again.
