Major-league holiday!

New and stunning apartment. Equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and everything clean. It's in an isolated place, which is also good, but the journey is a bit difficult.

Truly lovely time

We stayed at Villa Andreja in Drenje near Labin and had a truly lovely time! Everything is brand new, modern, and very clean – the space feels fresh, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The surroundings are peaceful and green, perfect for those looking to escape the city and enjoy nature. The location is great – beautiful beaches and charming Istrian towns are just a short drive away. Coming back to such a calm and cozy place at the end of the day was a real pleasure. Communication with the agency managing the property was smooth and professional. We’re not sure if the owners were on-site, but we had no issues at all. All in all, we were very satisfied and would gladly return. We highly recommend Vilja Andreja to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished place to stay in the heart od Austria

High-end vacation!

Miejsce cudowne do odpoczynku od codzienności. Trzeba nastawić się, że zejście do plaży dość strome. Nie ma sklepu w tej miejscowości. Ale sam dom i basen cudowny. Można odpocząć. Gorąco polecamy! Czysto, wszystko co potrzebne było w domu dostępne.

Special place!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Noch nie hatten wir solch ein hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus. Es wurde an alle Details wurde gedacht. Die Einrichtung war sehr hochwertig und schön aufeinander abgestimmt, die Bäder waren ebenfalls toll und in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Vom Handrüher über Eierbecher bis hin zu ausreichend Geschirr (mehr als buchbare Personen, so dass man nicht dauernd spülen musste und die Spülmaschine auch Sinn machte). In allen Räumen gab es ausreichend Schränke und Kommoden, um alles zu verstauen. Der Pool war perfekt. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen und Schirme und ein stets gepflegter Pool, der mit Salz und nicht mit Chlor sauber gehalten wird. Dies ist wesentlich hautfreundlicher und schonender für die Umwelt und auch die Badetextilien. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon/ Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln und auch die Hauptterrasse haben wir täglich genutzt. Aurora und Francesco waren immer erreichbar & freundlich.
