"Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....

"Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal bei Ronald. Es hat alles wie immer sehr gut geklappt.Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Sie besitzt alles, was man so braucht. Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.Es gibt einen überdachten Stellplatz.Zum Strand läuft man ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten. Er ist weitläufig und man bekommt mir einen Platz. Weiter vorn am Strand befindet sich eine Strandbar mit Imbiss.In Ravni selbst gibt es leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Aber es gibt eine Pizzeria, wo man auch sehr lecker essen kann.In die nächste Stadt (Labin) fährt man ca. 25 Minuten. Da gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants und Cafés."

"Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir waren zu siebt unterwegs und es fehlte bei der Ausstattung nichts.Beim Buchungsprozess, vorm und dann auch während des Aufenthalts, war die Kommunikation mit Andreja sehr angenehm. Sie beantwortete alle Fragen schnell und kompetent. Hilfreich waren z.B. ihre Tipps zu Ausflügen oder Restaurants.Der herrliche Ausblick, die Lage der Villa, der Pool und die Sauna, haben sehr zum Erholungswert beigetragen.Gerne würden wir wieder Gast sein und können die Lokation sehr weiterempfehlen."

"Die FeWo war sehr sauber. Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kleinkinder ist der Platz definitiv ausreichend. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Da wir relativ viel gekocht haben, sind zwei Herdplatten, eine kleine und eine große, zu wenig.Die Kommunikation mit Ronald lief reibungslos. Ronald ist ein zuvorkommender und sympathischer Gastgeber.Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Die Bilder in der Anzeige trügen nicht.Der Weg zur nächst größeren Stadt Labin mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Da sollte man bzgl. der Mahlzeiten gut im voraus planen, wenn man nicht täglich die kurvenreiche Strecke nach Labin fahren möchte. Platz im Kühlschrank ist ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt auch ein Gefrierfach.Wir würden gern wiederkommen."

"Wir haben einen wundervollen und erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und fanden auch ein Begrüßungs-Geschenk vor. Was den Start in den Urlaub nochmals verschönert hat. Der Pool war wirklich klasse, sowie das große Grundstück mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten. Bei allen Fragen konnten wir uns an die beiden wenden. Es war alles sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir haben vor nochmal zu kommen und freuen uns darauf. Danke für den schönen Urlaub."

"A wonderful find. The location is quiet and peaceful. The wildlife was amazing too. As a family we loved it here. The property was clean and beautifully presented and our host was lovely. There to meet us on arrival and helpful with any questions we had. The pool was great for cooling off and enjoying some fun times in too. Super comfy beds meant a perfect night's sleep. We loved our time here and certainly hope to return."

Private, fully fenced and pet-friendly pool villa near the sea

"Valdi the host (very approachable and friendly) met us on arrival with a fantastic welcome of local produce. The accommodation is spacious, clean and pet friendly. Pool area was well equipped with loungers and a washing line for wet costumes and towels (a laundry is also provided). Discreet weekly pool service. Super BBQ area with toilet and gym in the same outdoor area. The gym equipment is tired and needs some maintenance. Unfortunately, the bikes were not available.In the main house the rooms were nicely presented and the 3 bathrooms clean and with towels. Extra pool towels are also provided. The kitchen area has a great selection of pans and utensils. More serving / general bowls would have been useful. The local area is fabulous for walking. Supermarkets a short 10 minute drive away, with a good choice, nothing not catered for. Restaurants are close by in Labin (lovely local food) and the coast is 15 mins drive.Overall a solid 8.5 out of 10. Definitely we would recommended this villa."
