Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, sehr sauber und wurden während unseres Aufenthalts immer perfekt gereinigt. “First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”
