“Great location, however they aren’t flexible at all with the check in and check out. Front desk crew kind unfriendly. They have a great bar and restaurant however the breakfast is very crowded not a good place if you are looking for peace.”

“This hotel is great! We stayed there twice because of how much we enjoyed it. The people that work there are phenomenal, every single person that we interacted with was simply amazing; the porters and the front desk people are kind, friendly and always helpful. The localization is perfect, half block from Avenida Paulista, near the subway, lots of places to eat, a shopping mall, Masp museum, coffee places, etc. Paulista avenue closes on Sundays and Holidays so its great to just walk around.……

“Great Location, good amnenities in the building (indoor heated pool, mini shop and social lounge in the building). Shower also had good pressure. The flat itself wasn't spotless clean- the sofa was stained and very uncomfortable to sit on (could feel the supporting wood), at night it got little bit cold so we used blankets and those were also stained and very dusty. It was alright property for our short stay. Bed matress could be changed/updated as not as comfy for us. We were a couple who……
