「Bathroom smelled really really bad, like there were drainage problems and the fire alarm triggered in my room at 5:40 for no reason waking everyone in the block - pub is fantastic though!」

「I just wanted to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
The location was perfect, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and professional. Special thanks to the front desk and housekeeping teams for their attentive service — it made a real difference.

「The accommodation, though clean, is very tired. The leatherette headboard was worn and needed replacing. The television reception was poor with no signal at times. The bathroom suite was old with mildew around the bath.
The restaurant and bar were comfortable and traditional. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem changing the chicken curry brought to the table for the vegetarian one I actually ordered! The new menu is not an improvement and we wouldn't eat in again. I...
