「Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar.
We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill.
Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash!
Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!!
My husband complained at reception but they just said ok I’ll let them no… with no apology.
Also check in not very welcoming!

「The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained with good decor. The bathroom had a powerful shower and enough room around the basin for your wash bags. Lighting in the bathroom is always an issue for me (!) so as usual I had my mirror on the window sill in search of natural light. We ate in the pub on the first night, sharing a platter. Good menu. 「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement.
Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby...
