Perfect last minute booking

Last minute booking headed to Koh Samet to catch the ferry the next day. Warning the ferries are 40-45 minutes away but it worked out fine. Hotel was clean, comfortable, service great and bed very very comfy ,😁

We came to Rayong to visit a Buddhist temple, where we know some people. The hotel seems designed more for business travellers, which makes sense given its location, but it is a very nice hotel. The room was fine, the pool very nice, and there is a large shopping mall with restraurants close by.

The newer hotel around this area. The hotel is clean and nice service. I like IHG group. Next to the hotel there is a shopping center so that we can eat lunch dinner by walking 30 seconds from the hotel.

Always my favourite hotel to stay in Rayong. The room design is neat and spacious. Very convenient to have a big shopping hall just at the side of the hotel. Only a bit challenging when driving into the car, quite steep and narrow.

can't say enough about this place. It is the tallest building in Rayong and the staff are just great! They are so helpful for me with trying to communicate with my family that live there as they speak minimal English and i speak minimal Thai. I appreciate everything the team does for me each time I am there. the hotel and rooms itself are beautiful, modern and comfy

Like the clean and comfy bed . Next to shopping mall , where plenty of restaurants to choose , Big C is on 2nd floor for groceries needs . Breakfast is fantastic for menu changes daily . Do not like the hotel toilet exhaust , seem not working fine as I can smell the not so pleasant smell . Overall , all is excellent during my stays .

Good hotel for business travel

Hotel was great. Staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, there was a rug in the room that caused us to trip and nearly fall several times. The cleaning staff tried to secure it underneath the bed but it still caused problems and was slipping whenever we stepped down on it. Also, I was very disappointed that there was no balcony. Highly recommend for business travel but for leisure, I think I would choose another hotel.

Not as good as expected. Good brekkie though.

Experienced guest. Stayed 3 nights as a couple on vacation. Didn’t feel the hotel lived up to expectations. Facilities promised on hotels.com weren’t there. Only a small 8 degrees fridge and no coffeemachine or bathtub. Cold water in pool, not soundproof and a heavy traffic road, outside the sea view room, plus a nasty smell from shower drain were cons. Pros was the breakfast. So many food items to choose from and a warm welcoming-(despite the chilly air in there.) Close to shopping mall. Ok for a night or two. Don’t pick the sea view room! It’s more a noisy road view.

I went there for 7 nights and informed them 1 week prior to my arrival that I’m vegan. When I arrived the front desk staff simply ignored me and told that they don’t have any food for me. They can only offer me a salad. They let me run to the town and acted like as if it was my problem. After starving for 2 days i asked for a senior manager to discuss the issue with them. Luckily there were 2 outstanding people who made sure that I get proper food and will be looked after. At the breakfast I met One and she was super friendly and so caring. Not only to me but to all the guests. Same goes for the F&B manager Tristan who made sure that all my requirements are met and also went the extra mile to create several options for vegan food for me.Tristan and One are the reason why I enjoyed the stay there. But I highly recommend the management to train your front desk people as this behaviour was extremely rude and unacceptable.

Could have been 5 stars but a power outage from 10pm-2am ruined the stay. Check in was good. The person that helped with luggage was great. Rooms super modern and new also very spacious and comfy. Once the power went out the evening was ruined. The communication from front desk was none existent and really poor. There was no updates or explanation as to what happened and how long it would take to fix the problem. The room became really hot as no AC. No mention of anything at check out. I would also think a hotel like this would have a generator.
