"The house was very nice inside. The neighboring houses are condemned. Getting a trailer in and out of the drive was a challenge as the drive is narrow and the train bridge obstructs view of the road. The property is located next to train tracks and trains entering the tunnel sound the horn at all hours. The trains are loud coal trains that run frequently. The house was clean and comfortable, if you can handle the train noise, the property is a fair price. They provide ear plugs to help with the noise."

"Host was easy to communicate with. Great location to trails. Only recommendedation is the need for a larger frying pan or bring your own, especially if have a large group. "

"Upon arrival the house was very musty smelling and closed up. There was no garbage bag in the container and one left under the kitchen sink for a 5-night stay. The toilet was very wobbly. The washing machine made a very loud clunking noise in the spin mode, and the dryer had towels left in it. The dryer took 3 hours to dry 3 adult outfits after a day of riding. There were mice in the closet with insulation from a hole in the wall by the hot water tank and a dead bug in the "clean dishes" in the cabinet. The pots and pans had appeared to be thrown in the underneath cabinet with no organization. The grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. If you're looking for easy parking and great access up the road about 2 miles to the Pinnacle Creek Trailhead then this place is it, if you're looking for comfort of home, this is not it. I don't normally leave reviews but having rental property myself this is not the 1st impression I would want someone to walk into. "
