“Pros: Al bij aankomst stond de gastvrouw op ons te wachten en legde zij alles heel goed uit. Tijdens ons hele verblijf was ze altijd beschikbaar per whatsapp of persoonlijk. Ze heeft ons met veel zaken geholpen, bezoek ziekenhuis, auto laten repareren, maar ook tips om te bezoeken in de omgeving. Our host was extremely accessible and helpful, the apartment was spacious and spotless, and the location was easy to get to and in the center of Orta San Giulio, Cannobio and Stresa (we took the ferry, which is a few km from the front door. So, why ONLY 99.99%.? More a caution than a complaint to eliminate any surprise for future guests…we drove a Toyota Yaris, a small, economical rental. “We stayed here for a week whilst touring lake Maggiore. Great location as ferry and train station literally 3 mins walk. Great supermarket around the corner. But the piece de resistance is the terrace. Big dining table and 4 chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Paola and her husband are super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thanks ”

Parking was never an issue, with spaces available right in front of the house.
