Hotel was clean, lots of outlets in room, room was very spacious. Two small hiccups with the experience was lunch in the bar area: challenging to figure out how it worked...order at bar or sit and wait in hopes someone sees you, and they also forgot about my husband's lunch, got it after chasing down bartender and we had 5 mins to eat before we had to go. Also, room we stayed in was very warm and had a hard time cooling down. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

Love staying at this hotel and we always use it when we are passing by for Legoland, London or airport stays. It has a really luxurious feel but without crazy prices. A hotel room can host a family of five which is a big plus for us so we don’t have to pay for two rooms. Rooms are huge! Also great coffee in rooms as well as a big bottle of still and sparkling water and treats like Biscoff. Also have sockets on the bedsides for charging which is always helpful in a hotel but often not provided. They also do a great breakfast.
