"This hotel is outdated. The bed is the worst. We needed linens for the pull out bed and they staff dropped it at the door on to the floor. The cleaning staff came into the room changed the towels that were hanging and refused to make the bed both days. I would not recommend this location. However, I would recommend extra training for staff members. "

"The room smelled of pot, “horrible skunk smell”, sheets were dirty on the bed. They did not have a room available to move us. The front desk employee did all he could for us but we had to pay for a dirty stinky room. Very disappointed as we went by your ratings on this hotel when choosing a place to stay. "

"We got in late and were pleased to see they had upgraded our room to a suite. The extra space was nice after a long day of driving. The beds were comfortable. Would stay again. Thank you!"
