“Es stinkt ein wenig muffig. Sonst sehr schön, Frühstück gut schöner Pool. Zimmer neu.”

“This hotel is nice. The issue is the surrounding area is not great. You have to cross 2 roads to get to Otres beach which was busy when we were there. We enjoyed the beaches on the islands much better. There were a few restaurants nearby, the white restaurant is good but overall limited choices. ”

“The staff are lovely and upgraded us to a larger room. The room was spacious and clean, though the bed was pretty firm. The buffet at each meal was good. I didn't realize smoking would be allowed in the hallways and elevators. The constant smell was pretty terrible.”

“Paid for a premier room with ocean view & balcony. Room had neither, asked for the room we paid for to be told our room was given to someone else the previous day. Told we could change room the next day, then told they didn't have another room to offer us. They tried to offer a much smaller room & claimed that was what we paid for & they had upgraded us on arrival. This was challenged, the only resolve they could offer was free breakfast. Breakfast was buffet for the first 3 days, it was very……

“First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find,……

“It is impossible to recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here on future trips. My first hint was when the hotel was not listed on rhe grab transport app, so I found myself standing on the side of the road at the bus stop at 11.30pm trying to work out how to find the place ... turns out their listing on wotif is different to the name of the actual hotel. I eventually arrived and was dropped off in a dingy back alley, picked my way past the street dogs, and managed to check in. Shown……
