「Very pleasant stay. Nice breakfast. Neat and clean room. Very green hotel and rewarded with a free drink at the bar if you choose not to make up the room. Also, the hotel offered to change my room at once since there was abit problem with the water sink. 」

「On the 7th floor IBIS built sleeping modules that reminded me of the bedrooms at Stena Lines ferries. You get a bed, a table and that's it. The shower and toilet facility you'll have to share. You can choose a relatively private version (four separate shower/toilet units) or a larger version with several on a row. The public is mainly youngsters. The breakfast is rich of choice and serves from 06.30. It's just 10 minutes comfortable walk from main train and bus station. Wonderful view over city...

「New staff of gym intended to shut down on 10 pm. After spoken as 24/7 opening hours, it was all good there. The entrance is hiding at the side and door is heave to open are two parts could be further improved.」

「於15/12預訂入住，18/12去到酒店才發現酒店有工程暫停營業，獲安排到同集團U Hotel入住。臨時要更改所有Local tour的酒店接送地點。加上酒店並無車接載你到他們安排的U Hotel ，要在下雨天自行拖行李箱前往。雖然安排的U Hotel 不錯，也相對較便利。但如預計在工程期間不接待客人，那便不應在3天前還接受預訂，或要在預訂前說明一下。」

「The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular navigating transfers into and from the pedestrian only zone. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, very well decorated with large beams and window nooks--but also clean and modern. Thoughtful details are present like a coat rack for the room. The breakfast was stellar with tasty and non-generic items. The location is excellent, just off the Cobbler's Bridge, yet separated by a quarter-block, keeping it a little more quiet.」

「I stayed for 3 nights. I was not satisfied with the room service since I requested extra hangers on the first day, but I can only receive it on the third day. The toilet floor was not cleaned and mopped. The good one was breakfast included. The choice of foods was enough and the taste was ok. 」
