Amazing experience

We had the best time! I highly recommend this house. Was a family vacation of 19 total we all settled in very well. There’s a plenty of space . Mari is amazing if communicate and Catarina she Saved our lives cooking for us she is a Wonderful human being and a cook of course! We all Enjoyed our stay.

Great for large groups, big rooms and group gathering spaces

We had multiple family members from USA and Brazil meet at the house. The bed sheets and towels were good quality and the place was clean. There are multiple group gathering spaces which is really nice for a large group. One is inside with air conditioning. The semi-enclosed outdoor space is really nice and where we spent most of our time. The outdoor space overlooking the ocean is beautiful. It has a small but clean pool and a large deck with lawn chairs. The glass gazebo is a nice place to hang out when it is raining. The beach in front is nice and flat and big. The waves tend to be bigger in front of the house which draws a lot of surfers to that area and that was fun to watch them early in the morning. We took advantage of the cook who cooked us a very lovely lunch and cleaned all the dishes. We also paid extra for cleaning twice. And the owner connected us with a massage therapist who came to the house. Everyday a man named Bill came to clean the pool and set up the outdoor umbrellas and sweep outside and take away all of our beer bottles. He also does maintenance on the house and is a very nice man and did a great job. There were a few things that were surprising for us. When the air conditioning was not on, some of the rooms had a damp mildewy smell, which is not a big surprise given the climate. No ceiling fans, soap, replacement toilet paper, and we had to pay for drinking water. Minor things. Overall we give it an 8 out of 10.

Ótima casa... fomos em 13 pessoas e estivemos por 5 diárias, ficamos muito bem acomodados, horário flexivel de check in e check out, sr Edivaldo foi muito solicito conosco. Além disso, contratamos serviço de cozinha e limpeza da Catarina por indicação da Anfitriã sra Marli, fez um excelente trabalho, desde nosso cafe da manha, petiscos e almoço. Casa muito ampla, quartos com banheiros, ar condicionado, banheiro externo, Ótima area externa, pra melhoria apenas se piscina fosse aquecida aproveitariamos mais. Outra colocação foram os pratos, talheres e taças para consumirmos nossas comidas e bebidas! Recomendo e pretendemos voltar outras vezes!

A casa é boa e a localização é excelente, porém a anfitriã (Marly) é extremamente exigente, tanto que fomos chamados a atenção 2x sobre musica depois das 22h. Uma coisa que não gostamos foi que a Sra Marly mora com um idoso no andar superior da casa o que nos tira a privacidade. Sugiro a quem alugar esta propriedade que confira, na entrada, as coisas da casa pois fomos cobrados e tivemos que pagar por duas cadeiras que não sabemos o que aconteceu, enfim, não pretendemos voltar a alugar esta propriedade.

ESTADIA MARAVILHOSA

Nosso encontro familiar anual foi nesta casa que tem uma vista espetacular, sentir a brisa do mar todos os dias foi inesquecivel, tive uma comunicação muito boa com dona Marly durante todo ano e que nao mediu esforços para atender muito bem nossa familia, foi muito flexivel no ultimo dia em que o voô de alguns era mais tarde, casa ampla, todo climatizada, cozinha bem equipada, piscina excelente, nao aquecida mas a água estava sempre numa temperatura ótima, bem equipada em relação a geladeiras e frezzeres. O sr. Biu zelador da área externa muito prestativo e zeloso. Contratamos os serviços da cozinheira Rosa, muito simpatica e sempre disposta a nos agradar, enfim foram dias muito agradáveis.

Decepção

Nao gostei, não indica a ninguém, varias vezes caiu a energia, ficamos uma noite sem ar condicionado por razões da instalação elétrica, eletricista foi três vezes na residência, quartos abafados, tumultuado, banheiro do quarto razoável, piscina colada na casa sombra quase o dia todo, água da piscina gelada, caseiro bom, ajudante ótima, da Limpesa muito boa, cozinheira levamos. Enfim muita decepção. Anfitriã exigente ao extremo mas não condiz a realidade do imóvel. Roupas de cama e banho boas. Muito triste com essa hospedagem.

A casa é super espaçosa. Tem 7 quartos permitindo que todos se acomodem com conforto e privacidade. A casa possui um estrutura muito boa. Muita variedade de louça, panelas e tudo que precisamos p fazer comida para um batalhão de pessoas. O caseiro marcos super prestativo. Sempre se dispondo nos ajudar com compras, seja indo fazer a feira seja entrando em contato com mercados locais para fazer a entrega de bebida e comida. Também tem contato com os pescadores que levam peixes e frutos do mar frescos na porta da casa. O dono da casa é muito educado e atencioso. Todos muito prestativos. Voltarei com certeza.

O imóvel está em bom estado de conservação. Ótima localização. Todos os quartos e sala com ar condicionado. Cozinha equipada. Suite principal tem vista para o mar. A casa corresponde integralmente às fotos anunciadas. A área de lazer é excelente, beira-mar, localização excelente. A proprietária é muito solicita e faz de tudo para a estadia ser incrível. Indica funcionárias excelentes para nos atender. A casa tem uma cozinha muito bem equipada, enxoval muito bom, camas e quartos confortáveis. Viajamos com criança e bebê, foi disponibilizado um bercinho super seguro. O único ponto que poderia melhorar, mas que não prejudica em nada, são os chuveiros. Recomendo fortemente, quem alugar não se arrependerá! Passamos momentos agradabilíssimos em família!

Estadia dos sonhos

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. A casa é muito aconchegante e espaçosa, mais linda pessoalmente do que pelas fotos. A área da piscina é incrível, poder ficar deitado no deck olhando pro mar é maravilhoso. Dona Marly e Sr Felice são muito prestativos e gentis, tudo que precisamos foi atendido imediatamente, inclusive com a compra de uma cuscuzeira e cadeiras de praia. As meninas que organizaram a casa e fizeram comida pra nós são maravilhosas, muito obrigada Rosângela e Verssana. Foi muito prazeiroso passar uns dias com vcs! Esperamos voltar em breve!!!

Casal bem planejada, tudo ok, um atrapalho que teve no ar condicionado mais foi solucionado pelo caseiro super atencioso, fotos do anuncio condiz perfeitamente com tudo pessoalmente, podem alugar sem medo. Cozinheira contratada indicada pela proprietaria faz tudo, falta so uma cervejeira na area do terraço para ficar mais pratico ainda tudo. Pretendo voltar.
