「It's already my seventh time here, but it's impressive how it degraded the service, if you don't ask they don't make the bed opener, in 3 nights they didn't put back neither towels nor the water, when I asked for the water, they charged 48 reias, coffee capsules also didn't put it back, in the restaurant the dishes don't come out with the same quality as years ago (which was impeccable) the older employees still do a good job, but the new ones are unprepared, they took 30 minutes at the checkout...

「Hotel precisa de algumas manutenções pontuais, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Equipe de funcionários muito capacitada e educada, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Áreas comuns limpas, porém quartos e banheiros poderiam ter uma limpeza mais criteriosa. Equipe de animação nota 10, muito educados e super competentes. Spa de qualidade, com opções diversas de tratamentos. Ponto negativo: o resort deveria oferecer shampoo e condicionador separadamente, esse é um item que faz falta, e infelizmente não...
