perfect location and great amenities

the hotel is located only one block from the beach, a few miles from all the good restaurants and shopping center. Also, not sure about swimming on the beach, this hotel has an amazing pool on the rooftop with bar service and awesome views

Das Hotel ist nah am Strand und neben einem Platz, auf dem dich jeden Abend ein Markt mit lokalen Spezialitäten und Souvenirs befindet. Leider sind die Fenster recht instabil, was bei starken Winden zu einem unruhigen Schlaf führt. Dafür wird man am Morgen von der über dem Ozean aufgehenden Sonne geweckt, wenn man die Vorhänge offen lässt

O hotel oferece um bom custo-benefício. Apesar de estar passando por reformas, isso não comprometeu a qualidade da estadia. A estrutura é antiga, mas funcional. Os quartos contam com ar-condicionado, cama confortável e banheiro em boas condições. O café da manhã é bom e honesto, mas poderia contar com mais variedade, especialmente com foco em comidas típicas da região, o que agregaria valor à experiência. Um ponto a melhorar é o sistema de elevadores. Apesar de haver três, eles não são sincronizados, o que causa longas esperas, especialmente em horários de pico — em uma ocasião, a espera ultrapassou 15 minutos. Sugere-se a modernização e sincronização dos elevadores para maior agilidade. O atendimento prestado pelos funcionários foi cortês e respeitoso, contribuindo positivamente para a experiência. A localização é excelente: ao lado da pracinha de Boa Viagem, com fácil acesso a feirinhas de artesanato, comidas típicas e outras opções nos arredores. Além disso, fica bem próximo ao aeroporto. De forma geral, voltaria a me hospedar no local em uma próxima oportunidade.

Razoável é a palavra

Razoável. Eu tinha uma espectativa muita alta devido as fotos e achei frustrante. Como estava de passagem e seria um dia, nao me encomendei muito. Mas o que mais me frustrou foi o mau cheio do carpete entre os andares, inclusive no que eu fiquei, a sujeira no chao/ elevador e o barulho da obra local.

Good size room, comfy beds. Good shower power, basic amenities in toilet. Frigobar water is paid , not complimentary. Location is good however recommended to use taxi to go even to close places to avoid getting into a community not well seen close by. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good but something was missing , maybe the quality of the food or the environment lighting? The hotel is close to the airport.

We had a great stay! Hotel is very well located and walkable to the beach, restaurants, and convenience store. Only downside was the construction in the hotel entrance. Everything else was great! PS. Rooftop is fantastic!

Excelente localização!

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a Feirinha de Artesanato e ao Mercado de Boa Viagem. Tem um rooftop muito bonito, com um bar sensacional. Café da manhã variado, boa academia e funcionários atenciosos. Adoramos a estadia e certamente voltaríamos ao Park Hotel.

O hotel está velho, precisa de melhorias, banheiro decadente, meu quarto especificamente estava sujo de muitos pelos, pó e com traças na parede que eu mesmo limpei quando pedi a vassoura para uma das meninas da limpeza! Banheiro totalmente sem iluminação na parte do banho, as toalhas que me destinaram no sábado parecia pano de chão de tão gasta que estavam! Difícil fazer uma avaliação com tantos pontos negativos! Mas foi minha realidade!

Ótimo custo benefício. O café da manhã é ótimo, Funcionarios muito prestativos. A estrutura predial é um pouco antiga mas nada que incomode ou prejuque a estadia. Gostei bastante. O rooftop é maravilhoso!!!!
