O lugar é lindo mas cheio de problemas!

No quarto tive problemas com o cartão que caía a chave do quarto, fiquei no escuro várias vezes. Quando resolveram, consegui ver a cabeceira da cama que estava muito suja, expliquei para a recepção, no dia seguinte seguia sujo, tive que pedir que viessem limpar afinal eh na cama. O ar condicionado estava pingando dentro do quarto, pedi manutenção várias vezes, mas ficou pingando nos quatro dias que estive ali. Depois pedi para passará roupa, eles não fornecem Ferro de passar, me responderam que estavam com muita roupa de tripulação e por isso não poderiam prestar serviço para mim, ou seja, não forneceram solução para o problema que na verdade não eh meu, não tenho nada que ver que eles recebem tripulação de voo. Uma vez que o serviço está descrito, vc tem que fornecer. Cafe da manhã triste, um fedor da chapa que chegava na porta, sai todos os dias com cabelo e roupa como se eu estivesse trabalhando na chapa, por favor arrumem uma coifa. Não tinha granola, não tinha banana, não tinha presunto somente apresuntado e mortadela, o leite cheirava a garrafa suja tipo leite azedo. Uma pena pq a estrutura eh muito linda. A academia é uma das melhores que já usei em hotéis, muito completa.
