Just the worst
This place is a complete dump, I try to travel cheaper because I stay in hotels so much, but this place; oh wow, where should I start, it’s filthy they don’t even try to hide it, it is very old but more than that the sheets were stained as well as the old tattered towels that were very thin and small. It smelled like cigarettes even though I asked for no smoking room, they put me upstairs even though the place was empty, when I went to complain I asked if the room had even been cleaned and she said “ I don’t know I don’t clean them” I wasn’t even allowed in the office at three in the afternoon I had to stand outside and be helped through a window. So needless to say I checked out. I just couldn’t. Oh the ice machine didn’t work either but that is common these days.

Disconcerting checkin
Check-in was a little frustrating. It was around 5 PM and the office was closed already ring the bell the night person came out and didn’t have a reservation for me. Had to call the manager, I believe and I had to speak to the manager and she was able to, find my reservation was a little disconcerting when I knew I had a reservation. after everything was straightened out, Check-in went fast. the room and facilities were very nice for the price.

Internet worked. Had a microwave and refrigerator. Not enough hot water for morning shower. Good prices compared to other motels in the area. As mentioned in other reviews cracks in bathroom tiles. For a quick stay not bad for the rates that are charged.

Great value for the money. Red Bluff is a decent town, somewhat setup for tourism, so I might go there again to look around. This stay was a layover. Everything in the room was AOK.

AC had so much dust the entire family fell sick the next day, very less space, water pressure is low, the shower is too low, very old building with very minimal maintenance.

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Barely bearable
The hotel was in need of updates. From green shag carpet, non functioning lights, broken air conditioner, no screen on the bath room window and just swings open and is hard to close, the outdated furniture and stained towels.... this place could really use a good cleaning and some new carpet and bulbs at the least!

I was very tired from travelling over night, really needed to sleep. Came at noon plus; the lady told me check in was at 3 pm. Clearly they were not overbooked by any means. I pleaded my case and the lady checked me in, reluctantly. I wish she would just have done it and despite the shortcomings of the place I would have rated my stay higher

Fairly dingy hotel room with holes in the walls and windows, but comfy enough bed for a one night stay. Heater works well and tv stays on all night, but don’t expect 5 star treatment here.

IT WAS TRIPLE DIGIT DURING OUR STAY AND WE ARRIVED EARLY. CANNOT BELIEVE THAT NOT ONE ROOM WAS CLEANED. TOLD US WE COULD NOT CHECK IN UNTIL 3PM. WE HAD COME ALL THE WAY FROM OREGON AND WE ARE IN OUR LATE 70'S. WE FOUND A PARK CLOSE BY AND TRIED TO WAIT IT OUT BUT AT OUR AGE THE HEAT WAS INTOLERABLE. WE WENT BACK AT 2 AND A NEW GAL LET US IN. THEY ADVERTISE GOOD RATES BUT THE ADDED CHARGES ARE CLOSE TO $100 A NIGHT . NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT STAY THERE WOULD BE MY ADVICE....

Nothing to like. Dirty, torn blankets, faucets dirty and how to figure out. Went back to staff to find out how to turn tv, fridgerator, and lights on. Had to talk through window. No office. No working pool. Roof worn out. So dirty. I’ve used Travelocity for years. You should refund our money and take this dirty, in I’ll repair off your list. The person beyond the window was very nice and should not be blamed. Please respond to see if you are reimbursing our stay. If not you have lost us as a customer and we will tell everyone we know to not use your service. This is a dangerous place to stay
