「Very nice and relaxing stay. Property was exactly as listed and did not disappoint at all! Great location the downtown waterloo and about 30 mins away from STL. Accommodations were great and so was Rika! We even ran out of propane on the grill at 10 pm and it was replaced even before we woke up the next morning. Highly recommended, we will be staying there again! 」

「Loved the house and how well renovated and clean it was! Bathroom situatio.is difficult since both are inside a bedroom, but not a big deal. Maybe an style partitian in the bedroom on the main floor so the bed could be kind of hidden and that bathroom could be used without seeing the people sleeping. We'd absolutely rent again!」

「From the beginning, Sarah was so easy to communicate with! The loft was gorgeous (very updated and decorated beautifully), location was amazing (our toddler enjoyed looking at the downtown lights outside of the loft, people watching, and live music), and there was plenty of space for our 7 toddler in the loft! It was also a quick, easy drive to Sugar Spring Ranch for the wedding reception we were attending.Will definitely seek out this property to rent again when we find ourself in Waterloo!」
