“This apartment perfectly met our needs in SLC! It was clean, quiet, and extremely well appointed with everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need. The hosts were responsive to any little things that came up with the fastest replies I have ever received at a rental. Would 100% stay here again!”

“Great location, very functional space, contained all that we needed for the stay. Attractive interior, nice patio outside.”

“I love the unique decor of the unit. It was clean and I liked how the building was quiet. I had an issue getting in to the unit, but the host was quick to reply and we got the issue resolved. I would definitely book with her again.”

“I stayed here for a week and had a great stay. Cozy is definitely a good way to describe the place. It was comfortable and well stocked with essentials, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially handy for a week-long stay. The bed was comfortable and the big TV was a nice bonus. The location was also great and made it easy to get to everything I needed nearby. There’s a grocery store basically right on the corner which was really convenient. I was also……

“Instructions entering and leaving property were so clear. Our daughter goes to the U and it was a great location to her, also Planet Fitness was walking distance which was a bonus! Accessible to activities downtown, easy to navigate in and out. Really comfortable bed, great views from the balcony. Cooking healthy is important for me and the amenities had all I needed. Overall great place and would recommend this property and host. This will probably be “our place” anytime we visit our daughter. ……

“We had such an enjoyable stay. The apartment was perfect for us. Rebecca responded promptly when we had questions, which we greatly appreciated. The yards were gorgeous! The kitchen was so well stocked and had many little extras, like a spice rack full of spices, if you plan to cook something special, plus regular cooking oil and olive oil. I thought that was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and it made our well so comfortable. Thank you!”

“Nice view and location, host is generally responsive, kitchen has what you need. Unable to access the unit when I arrived because the outdoor keypad was not working, so I was waiting outside trying to get a hold of the host when a resident let me inside -- this delay made me late to a business meeting. The thermostat was not working, and being on the top floor, the apartment got really hot in the summer heat. The blinds are falling apart & towels were all pretty worn or a bit stained.”

“Absolutely gorgeous. Will stay again when in the area!”
