  • New home, four bedroom, two bathroom, well appointed lake house. Sleeps 8 adults, maximum 9 people. One king sized bed, two queen sized beds, one double bed sharing a room with single bunk beds.
    Lovely deck and one minute walk to small public beach.
    Very quiet summerhouse street.
    3 steps to the door, two bedrooms one bath main floor, two bedrooms one bath upstairs.
    Full kitchen, washer/dryer, soaker tub.
    Short walk to provincial beach with boardwalk, park, cafes, restaurants and ice cream! Active nightlife short walk away. Town of Sylvan Lake STAR licence number 04477.

It was our second time staying at this lovely property. Once again our stay was perfect. The home is clean and well stocked with plenty of room for our family. It has a great location, close to the water, large yard with fire pit that was nice to sit by and relax after a busy day in the sun. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning next year.

Our stay here was fantastic. The location is wonderful and the house was exactly what we needed. Mark and Tanya always responded quickly if we messaged them. They were amazing to work with and I would highly recommend this rental.

A perfect place for a relaxing getaway for our group of four ladies. The house was clean, spacious, and great for visiting in. (And although we've been friends for decades, it was nice we could each have our own bedroom.) The location was nice and quiet with an easy 20-minute walk to the main beach, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Check in with super easy she was very kind. House was very nice and clean. Lots of room was a really lovely stay only thing I would say is that I wish they had air-conditioning but it’s okay every room has fans. Everything was so nice and lovely. Really was such a wonderful time in a beautiful home . Thanks so much !!!
