New home, four bedroom, two bathroom, well appointed lake house. Sleeps 8 adults, maximum 9 people. One king sized bed, two queen sized beds, one double bed sharing a room with single bunk beds.
Lovely deck and one minute walk to small public beach.
Very quiet summerhouse street.
3 steps to the door, two bedrooms one bath main floor, two bedrooms one bath upstairs.
Full kitchen, washer/dryer, soaker tub.
Short walk to provincial beach with boardwalk, park, cafes, restaurants and ice cream! Active nightlife short walk away. Town of Sylvan Lake STAR licence number 04477.

This is a quiet cottage area, noise complaints between 10pm and 8 am, or over occupancy may be subject to loss of damage deposit.

Queen and king beds were comfortable with great linens. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The living space was well laid out. Furniture was comfortable. We were a group of 5 women who gather annually. This property met all our needs and is as described. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you could need, as well as a good supply of basic condiments and spices. Location was great, just on the outskirts of town, so easily accessible, and a nice location for lake access and walking along Lakeshore Drive. On our first evening we struggled with getting sound on the TV. Mark was prompt to call us and troubleshoot the problem. We appreciated his timely attention to this.Overall, we were very happy with the property and will definitely consider it for future visits.

Hidden gem

We have stayed multiple times at this property. Pictures represent it well. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main strip of shops, restaurants and main beach area. Mark was prompt in getting back to me on any questions I had. While we enjoyed sunny 28 degree days for our stay, fans in the bedrooms would help for the night. Once again, thanks Mark and Tanya for the accommodation!
