"The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved."

"The elevators are a mess. Be prepared to take the stairs. The room didn’t get very cool at night even with the temperature set to the lowest setting. Breakfast. Oh my. "What a great stay at the Western Budget. The room was a great deal, super clean and very well taken care of. We t was also quite large, with a small dining table & 2 chairs, plus 2 casual chairs and a desk area. The fridge was full sized, which was appreciated. Would stay here again."
