“Nice area”

“Lovely neighbourhood. Friendly staff in the pub which was under the rooms. The pub and townhouse are owned by the same person. It appears to be a family run business. ”

“good location nearby the Liverpool Street Station, just few mins walk, easy to reach the underground, shops and restaurants, nice room with good space. only problem is the opposite building is under re-construction, a little bit mess”

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.”

“The hotel looks and feels good. Numerous bus stops nearby will get you most places, grocery store downstairs. Basic breakfast. Security guard on every floor was odd. Rude staff. ”

“A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.”

“We loved staying here! I was a little worried about staying in a place without a front desk, but our questions via were answered via Whatsapp almost immediately. The apartment was well stocked, and guests are able to get extra towels and things from the basement laundry room (two washers and two dryers -- very handy!). Beds (main and sofa) were comfy, toiletries were nice, and towels were oversized and soft. Good air conditioning too (it was not hot, but we had some sunny days that warmed up).……

“Reception was very helpful. I like the free mini bar in the room. The breakfast was great and has many choice. Just only the staff was a bit rude when we were ordering the breakfast. The hotel location is excellent as it’s just next to the train and tube stations. ”

Mini bar is complimentary and all staff in particular Katia is considerate, friendly and willing to offer advice on transportation and attractions.
