Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and was very well equipt. Amazing location close to everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good spot close to Liverpool Street Station, kitchen is good and functional. Staff is good too very easy to talk to them. Bed is comfortable even if the TV doesn't really work apart from Netflix. Overall very solid and amazing if you look at the price you pay for it highly recommend

For the price of this property I can have no complaints at all, the price for a Wednesday night in London was such good value. It wasn’t too noisy, it did everything I expected, it was a good budget hotel. Wouldn’t have any issues going back here

i had a great stay here! the staff was very friendly, an adorable kitty that wanders the hallways and enough room in my apartment to set up a yoga mat and do some exercise! i also needed to do a late checkout since my flight was in the evening and it was no problem! i saved a lot of money by making a lot of my own meals in the kitchen and doing my laundry daily. thanks for everything! will definitely be back when i’m back in london!

The location of this place is AWESOME. You’re tucked away on a side street of a busy, exciting neighborhood, which is perfect if that’s what you’re looking for and not afraid of what it comes with. Can be a bit noisy on weekends, nothing too bad

AC was phenomenal, room is tiny, kitchen is very small, bathroom the same, but it still felt cool to be in a tiny apartment. I loved it, will definitely go there again when I am visiting london

Room was a reasonable size. Kitchenette small but functional. Good shower. Aircon. Excellent quality towels & bedding plus that rarity: sufficient & decent pillows. Bit of noise from street at night but not too bad. There is a flight of stairs from main door up to reception. Plus a cute cat. There was an issue with the plumbing in the room - functional but noisy.

Dès le premier échange avec notre hôte, sans avoir vu la chambre, ce dernier nous a demandé de poster un avis très favorable de la résidence, ce qui nous a questionné. Nous avons eu des problèmes d’eau chaude et de chauffage qui n’ont pas été résolus par notre hôte, qui se déplaçait chaque matin et chaque soir pour que l’on en bénéficie. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons eu la visite de notre hôte pendant nos absences, alors que nous n’avions pas pris de services supplémentaires. La literie était bonne et l’appartement fonctionnel.

Great location, lots of good food and coffee shops nearby. Good WiFi, clean and comfortable stay, would certainly return. Did not use laundry in suite but that’s a bonus often when traveling

Room was generally clean. Very small. Couldn’t see the whole telly from the bed! Very quiet which led to a good nights sleep, except for the continual running water from the toilet overflow. I reported it on the first evening but when I left 2 days later no attempt had been made to fix it. And noting noise but also not great for sustainability! A lot of water being used for no reason. I would stay again at the price I paid

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and had a kitchenette which turned out to be very helpful for not spending the whole budget on eating out every meal, and it was tucked away in an otherwise very active and cool neighborhood with a lot of nice restaurants, and walking distance to public transportation to everywhere we wanted to go
