"I did not use the laundry service. The breakfast was ok and included with the room lots of other breakast options close by. Staff was excellent. "

"The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer. "

"Great airconditioning, comfy bed and pillows! Staff were welcoming, helpful and so nice. Room was quiet spacious, pool area and bar was such a great chill out spot. Located not far from the beach, a 15 minute walk from bangla road such a good location! Definitely loved this hotel and would rebook. And the breakfast, best breakfast ever!!!! /please note the PA /voice that happens around 5am i think that comes from the nearby mosque may wake up light sleepers. "
