「Was in Dallas for work so just needed a place to sleep and this listing is excellent for that. Late hours were quiet, room was cool, and bed was relatively comfortable (a little soft for me but it's personal preference). Two things that would have made it better for me: 1, the air freshener is quite strong, which is understandable why they have it, but I had a slight headache from it. 2, there were bugs from the outside constantly coming in. I can tell the owners are trying to deal with it...

「Great location. Restaurants, gas stations and other stores were less than 5 minutes away. Kids enjoyed the pool. AC worked well. My only complaint is not being able to stay longer. Overall a great rental! 」

「Great location! The cut home was perfect for a family weekend in the busy Dallas area. All the amenities of home! Thanks for trusting us with the necessaries. Walking distance to grocery (whole foods) and uber was great. Parking in the street was adequate, but watch for the two hour spots. Wonderful experience. 」

「We had many issues with this house. From the beginning, we never received any answers for the question we had about the rental before we showed up. As soon as we checked in, we received a text stating that one of the rooms was unavailable due to water damage. The whole house smelled like weed. We also could not use the garage due to the owners using it as storage. I’ve tried to contact the host multiple times and was not able to reach them. 「Our stay was exceptionally cozy and pleasant! Check-in was a breeze and our host was attentive and communicative.
