「This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. 「My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were both very happy with our stay. It’s a really nice place, with ample space for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the staples like olive oil, coffee and sugar, and ice! There were also nightlights. The entire place was just super comfortable with soft throw pillows and throw blankets (love) and great decor! I felt very at home here. It was clean and the location is convenient, especially for where we were going and for some touristy things....

The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas."
