I was refused a room because I had a dog that was going to stay in the car, and she didn’t believe me. She thought I would sneak it in. I’m hoping I don’t get charged for the room. Not impressed with the new management. It used to be my favorite hotel, but I regret, I won’t be back.

We would have appreciated a little fridge in our room, and better Internet but the staff was willing to help us with our ice pack for our cooler and indicate an area of better reception Fort our cellular phone s! The fellow Don was nowhere to be found. Nice lady at check in. She told us that the place was sold to a big development corporation and it's was closing at the end of September for renovations. Too bad we didn't experience any of the stuff that all the reviews mentioned. It was old and not really taken care of over the years. No live band either and we were there on Saturday night.

202 CDN $ is a rip-off , place should be shut down , is dirty and worn out , owners say they're shutting it down for renovations end of Sept , but it never shoud've been even on the Expedia website . I hope they tear it down and rebuild it from the foundation up , even the local town people are amazed that it is still in business, they see it as a filthy neglected dump.!
