「 Everything was excellent frome the check in process to the upgrade of my room. But let's me inform you my feedback in a points. - The air conditioning in the reception area and main restaurant was not functioning optimally. - The food variety was excellent, but the taste could be improved. - The pool area could benefit from more lounge areas and additional sun umbrellas. 「I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. 」

「The room was clean and had nice interior. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.」

「 Value 100%. Basic but clean, extremely friendly and accomodating. Lashings of hot water, I was not bothered by staff all the time, as happens in all inclusive hotels. Set breakfast but more than enough for me, included, omelette, tomato, cucumber, potato, cheese, jam, yoghurt egyptian bread and whte bread, tea, coffee and/or water. Very very close to beach, £1 entry but wonderful freshly cooked food available at low prices. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Marina and the same to Sheraton,...
