Upstairs is a second family space with twin-over-full bunks, a large Smart TV, and a sitting area — perfect for kids or teens. The upstairs level includes one bedroom and this loft space (no bathroom upstairs).

The custom farmhouse table seats 8, with 4 extra chairs in the garage. A sliding glass door opens to a tranquil patio with string lights, koi pond, and waterfall — the perfect setting for morning coffee or an evening meal.

Outdoor space
The outdoor area was designed for peace and gathering. Dine under twinkle lights on the covered patio, grill on the stainless BBQ, or unwind by the koi pond and waterfall. The upstairs deck offers panoramic Mount Shasta views — especially beautiful at sunset.
