讚好:整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
We booked condo through a third party. Either the third party or property didn’t properly enter our dates of stay which caused issues with front desk who tried to bill us for extra days. The front desk staff was very passive aggressive and lacked any form of customer service. The condo had appliances that didn’t work and cups stained with lipstick. We stay at this property every year and this year showed the declining workforce within the hospitality industry.
