“We traveled with family and needed a place to stay near Marshall. The location was great as we were minutes from everything we needed. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had no issues with the cooling ability of our AC.”

“The room across the hall from us was condemned. I understand the remodeling contributes to the mess but cigarette stains in the tub and stains on the couch has nothing to do with the remodeling. The only thing we could appreciate was that the air conditioning worked.”

The rental is spacious for getaways with the girls or just my husband. Get location for roaming downtown and a great breakfast or later drinks at the Pix. It is quickly becoming my go to when staying in Sleepy Eye!”

“Super cute older parsonage home. Lots of space with all 3 levels accessible. Great parking and close to main street. Only downfall was upstairs bedrooms dont all have A/C vents. Fans did help keep those rooms cooler. The rest of the home was comfortable temperature wise.was perfect for what we needed.”
